Queensridge is a neighborhood located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Queensridge is a part of the zip code 89123 and has a total land area of 17 square miles. Queensridge is known to be one of the smallest neighborhoods in Las Vegas but it also has quite a history especially during World War I and II. Queensridge was originally used as farmland for produce by Spanish settlers that settled into the area later named Rancho Las Vegas. In 1952, this area became known as Queensridge. From 1942 to 1945 Queensridge served as an internment camp for Japanese-Americans who were taken from their homes in California at the start of World War II.
