Suncoast Hotel and Casino opened in 1988 at 9090 Alta Drive in Sun City, Sun Valley. Sun City is located adjacent to the Sun Valley and Sun City Summerlin neighborhoods of Las Vegas. Construction of Suncoast began in 1985 and was finished about two years later.
The Sun City Resort Corporation built Suncoast as a non-smoking casino property with five hundred ninety-six rooms and suites; each room has a full kitchenette, pool, spa, sauna, baby grand piano, and multilingual staff. It offers all types of food such as French cuisine to Mandarin Oriental entrees.
In 1999, the Sun City Resort Corporation spun off Suncoast into its own company—Sun Coast Gaming Incorporated (SCGI). Sun Coast Gaming is a Nevada corporation with its headquarters on the Suncoast property. Sun Coast Gaming operates Suncoast Hotel and Casino, as well as Sun City’s other facilities—the Sun Coast Convention Center, Sun Golf Club, and San Remo Spa. Learn More Here
