Master-planned communities in North Las Vegas include Aliante, Eldorado, and The Villages at Tule Springs.  Aliante was the first master-planned community developed in North Las Vegas with just over 7,000 homes spread over 1165 acres.  Del Webb, KB Homes, Pulte, D R Horton, and Pardee Homes are some of the major builders with representation in this community. North Las Vegas Schools  & Education

North Las Vegas NV homes for sale are served by the highly-acclaimed Clark County School District (CCSD), the fifth-largest in the U.S. and one of the fastest-growing school districts in the country.  North Las Vegas has a total of 32 elementary schools, 15 middle schools. and 10 high schools. The city of North Las Vegas operates an extensive system of open spaces, parks and leisure services.  North Las Vegas maintains 34 parks including more than 475 acres.  Six of the parks feature water amenities including swimming pools, ponds, and spray pads.  North Las Vegas also operates two recreation centers, Neighborhood Recreation Center and Silver Mesa Recreation Center, providing a variety of recreational and fitness classes as well as a gym and fitness room. SkyView Multi-Generational Recreation Center is operated by the YMCA under contract to provide quality amenities and programs for residents of all ages.  

The city has two municipal golf courses:  Aliante Golf Club operated by Troon Golf LLC for the City, and Municipal Par 3 Golf Course, a 9-hole, par three golf course operated by the City of North Las  Vegas.  North Las Vegas’ most well-known attraction is the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, which hosts NASCAR and has tracks for drag racing and dirt racing.
