The closest hospitals to El Capitan Ranch Las Vegas real estate are Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center and Mountainview Hosptial. The nearest major airport is McCarran International Airport, about a 30-minute drive away. North Las Vegas Airport is located about 3 miles northwest of downtown Las Vegas and offers limited regional airline service.
