Skystone Summerlin Homes for Sale in Las Vegas

This plan also has a courtyard and a rear yard loggia or covered patio. The kitchen is open to the great room and dining area. The Biella is priced from the low $530s.
  • The Castellato Plan starts at 2,637 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2.5baths, separate office, a kitchen that is open to the great room and dining area, a large bonus room upstairs just outside of the master bedroom, covered loggia and a 3-car garage. This floor plan offers up to 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The Castellato is priced from the low $510s.
  • The Portofino Plan starts at a 2,996-square foot floor plan. The Portofino comes standard with 3 bedrooms, den, bonus room, 3.5 baths, and a 3-car garage. The owner’s suite is located on the main level. Each bedroom basically has its own bathroom. This floor plan can be increased with options to as big as 3,300 square feet. The Portofino is priced in the mid $530s.
  • The Vernazza Plan offers 3,220 square feet of living space. It comes with 4 bedrooms (a 5th could be added), 4 baths, bonus room, and 3-car garage. The Vernazza has a courtyard too. With the large open layout, you are free to enjoy the natural light all around your home. It is priced from the high $540s.
