Summerlin South is the second stage of the Summerlin master planned community.  Summerlin began developing at its northernmost edges and moved south.  It comprises a number of Summerlin’s villages, including The Ridges, The Willows, The Gardens, The Summerlin Centre, The Mesa, and Summerlin’s newest development, The Cliffs.
Summerlin has tied the three areas together so well (Summerlin North, Summerlin West and Summerlin South) that its residents are unable to distinguish one from the other. Â They all blend together to form the larger community called Summerlin.
